Bought a lovely car here nearly 3 months ago and been very pleased with my purchase and the customer service then and now. Took my car in today because of a problem with a door handle and mike the mechanic sorted the problem out quickly,free of charge and without fuss. Impressed.

Not only did my car come with a full service and MOT, but when I picked it up Paul (hope I’ve got the right name) very kindly went through all the controls and even the gear changes with me to make sure I was doing it right. If something is wrong I’m always the first to complain to the owner, but if something is right, I’m always willing to shout from the rooftops. Buying a car, for me, is a pretty daunting experience, fears of breaking down etc etc. However any concerns I may have had are now all laid to rest.

I have now bought my 3rd car from Paul at wirral small cars in heswall,and again I couldnt be happier! As with most used cars,you can have a few problems,no car is perfect,unless your very lucky! This is where pauls aftercare service is second to none. This problem was a fairly large one,in that it was the clutch,not cheap!! But paul had the car fixed as soon as possible,and provided me with a courtesy car to use while it was getting fixed,which alot of small car dealers wont do,as ive found out to my cost. The car came back after a few days,and the cars been perfect ever since.I can’t recommend wirral small cars highly enough,as buying a used car can be quite a pain,but paul makes it a pleasure.

Very kindly fitted a new wing mirror to my car for me. No hassle whatsoever, very friendly staff. Problem was more complicated than first thought, but this was not an issue for them, they were simply glad to help. The gentleman I dealt with was very polite unlike some garages which simply want to do the job asap and be paid, this company seem to take more care and pride in the job they do, which is all you can ask for in a garage when its your pride and joy that’s being repaired. Will certainly be using this company again from now on, as I have gained a sense of trust from them by the way the dealt with me and the other customers whilst I visited.

Bought a Fiat Punto from here at a great price, car has run brilliantly save for a rattle it developed. Took it in and I was fixed and on the road in 5 minutes free of charge! Great before and after sales, will definitely look here first for my next car.

Can’t fault the service we received from this garage. After buying the car it required a small repair to a door trim, which was fixed without quibble. All staff we dealt with were polite and helpful and clearly take pride in their service. would definitely buy from this dealer again.
